We are dedicated to bringing our customers great value and service. That is why we provide FREE shipping from our warehouses in USA by USPS (some orders may be shipped from our warehouses in other regions via Fedex/UPS and other carriers).
We currently only offer shipping to in the Continental US. International Shipping coming soon!
SPION & its parent company are not liable for shipping errors that are due to an incorrect address being provided. PLEASE make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. However, if the error is made by us during order processing, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country (for orders shipping outside the US & other applicable regions).

*This doesn’t include a potential 2-3 day processing period. Processing time is dependent on order location. In some cases, when we experience high demand, our processing times might be longer. If this occurs, we will notify you via email of any order processing or shipment delays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
For some shipping carriers, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us immediately.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, but should arrive at the same time, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We will do our best to notify you of the situation if this occurs with your order so you can track it accurately if this is the case for your particular purchase and delivery location.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that fit the following criteria;
- Product is defective or arrived damaged.
- Product is not satisfactory within the 30 days Guarantee Period (return shipping cost apply).
- Product does not arrive in the time-frame designated by the Carrier Service.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our customer care and we will walk you through the steps to process a refund or resolve your order so you don't have to. Our goal is to provide you the best shopping experience and would like to resolve any issues you have immediately!

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
